About Me

I’m a 5th year Ph.D. candidate in the GRAphics & VIsualization sTudY (GRAVITY) research group at The Ohio State University, advised by Prof. Han-Wei Shen. I received B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from OSU in 2021. My Ph.D. research focuses on machine learning for large-scale scientific data visualization.

My interest is generally in applying machine learning for solving practical problems, including content generation and insight extraction from data in diverse modalities (e.g. texts, images, videos, 3D volumes). Here is my recent CV.

Misc

I was involved in the student club Chinese Folk Music Orchestra at Ohio State as a Bamboo Flute player and the president in the 2022 academic year. CFMO actively performs traditional Chinese music ensembles around the Columbus area. Follow CFMO Facebook and Instragram for our life and activities.
